The ideal “Pearl” is a female high school student in grades 10–12 from McLennan County who demonstrates leadership potential, a commitment to personal growth, and a heart for service. She actively participates in WHF’s monthly events—Pearl Parties, Enrichment Activities, and Volunteer Opportunities—and approaches each experience with openness, resilience, and a desire to build community. With support from mentors and goal-setting guidance, she strives to grow into a confident, compassionate leader who embodies the values of strength, sisterhood, and purpose.
The Waco Hanan Foundation is the perfect place for young women like you! You'll build leadership skills, boost your confidence, and get involved in exciting community projects — all while connecting with inspiring mentors and a group of amazing, like-minded girls from the Waco area.

Female students ranging from grade 10-12.
